Geeks Headquarters offers a complete tabletop and miniature wargaming experience!
Our store offers an extensive selection of miniature games, tabletop roleplaying systems, paints, tools, dice, and accessories tailored to every gaming style, from grand wargames like Warhammer 40,000 to immersive RPGs such as Dungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder.
We boast dedicated play areas, hobby-building and painting spaces, along with a skilled team of in-house Game Masters and staff who facilitate gaming sessions, instruct newcomers, and manage ongoing campaigns..
Whether you're just starting to grasp your first ruleset or looking to enhance your existing collection, Geeks HQ is here to guide you at every stage of your tabletop adventure!​

Play In-store
We have a dedicated gaming space for miniature tabletop games in Geeks Headquarters at the heart of Chesterfield Town Centre!
​
Price to play in-store is £2 per person, with a maximum of two games or four hours of playtime with store mats and terrain included.
You can join our tabletop miniature gaming group here!
Geeks HQ have table space that can be booked for roleplaying games starting from £2 per person with the Games Master playing for FREE!

Join an adventure
We host monthly TTRPG events, Demo Days and more led by our in-house team.
We organise monthly one-shot sessions and beginner events led by our dedicated in-house team, catering to both new and experienced players across various ages and skill levels. Throughout the year, we also host special events, including a full day of activities for occasions like RPG Day.

D&D Beginners
Learn to play the world's most popular tabletop RPG in-store at Geeks Headquarters.
Once a month, we run our introductory sessions for Dungeons and Dragons. Played one night a week across 4 weeks.
​
Players who sign up for the course start as level one adventurers with our in-house Dungeon Masters. They’ll guide you through a beginner's adventure quest and walk you through all you need to know to start playing.
​
When sign-ups are open, it is £30 per person to sign up to the course, which will pay for your place for:

D&D Intermediate
Looking to take the next step in learning how to play D&D?
Every few months, we run our intermediate sessions for Dungeons and Dragons. Played one night a week across 4 weeks.
This adventure is designed for players who have some experience with Dungeons and Dragons. Either through past games or having done the DnD Beginners course with us.
Learn more game mechanics, learn the value of roleplaying, critical thinking and teamwork.

Players who sign up for the course start as level 4 adventurers with our in-house Dungeon Masters. They’ll guide you through a homebrew campaign (an adventure created by the Game Master)
​
When sign-ups are open, it is £30 per person to sign up to the course, which will pay for your place for:

EPIC Adventures
GEEKS HEADQUARTERS presents:
Epic Adventures is Geeks HQ's one-shot adventures for different types of roleplaying games such as Everyday Heroes, Vaesen, Vampire: The Masquerade, ALIENS RPG, Avatar: The Last Airbender RPG, Star Trek RPG and many more!

These events are a way for people to see what different roleplaying games there are, and learn how to play them. Interested in trying out a specific RPG? Get in touch to find out when the next event for that game is.
Hobby Painting In-store
Have a grey pile of shame (unpainted figures) at home and would like somewhere to paint them? Pop in the store with your figures, paints, and hang out and paint them here!

We sell both hot and soft drinks, and have snacks available to buy whilst you paint, as well as advice, tips and chats from our friendly hobbyist staff.
​
You can also buy paints, primers, brushes, glues, terrain, bases and figures in store.
​
No need to book, just pop in, grab a free table and paint.
