Draft
In a Trading Card Game (TCG), a "draft" refers to a format where players build their decks on the spot by selecting cards from booster packs that are passed around the table, meaning everyone starts with a limited pool of cards and must strategically choose which ones to include in their deck, creating a dynamic and unpredictable gameplay experience where everyone is essentially starting on equal footing; it's often considered a "limited format"
Drafting can help improve your skills at Magic The Gathering, by teaching you deckbuilding and introducing you to cards and synergies you may have shied away from when solely playing a constructed format.
